Answer: Browse Chaw isn’t an opt-in service, you will be given dynamic menus based on criteria/ history of bundle purchase.
Question: What is the duration of this dynamic menu?
Answer: Menu will be updated monthly. If your buying history remains same, menu will remain same and if your buying history changes, menu with be updated.
Question: Does the Browse Chaw offer exist on both prepaid and postpaid?
Answer: Browse Chaw Offer is for prepaid only and on *125# menu.
Question: What happens when I dial *125# to purchase a bundle?
Answer: You will see dynamic menu attached to your number as per your buying history as first menu displayed. A maximum of 3 bundles will be shown to you.
Question: What should I do to continue browsing the internet when I exhaust my data bundles?
Answer: You must top up and redial USSD to purchase a new bundle.
Question: Will I be able to have access to other bundles?
