Advance for School Fees, a time loan facility from Access Bank, is ideal for financing undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional examinations. It’s also designed for parents/guardians who need to cover tuition fees for their children/wards on a short–term basis.




The following documents must be provided by employees of public and reputable private organizations whose salaries are deposited with the Bank.

1.Fully filled out application form

2.Offer letter duly accepted

3.A bill or invoice for school fees in the student’s name. The total fee amount should be included in the bill.

4.Recent utility bill (within the last three months) and valid ID card

Non-Salaried Customers with an Access Bank account, on the other hand, should provide

1.Fully filled out application form

2.A valid identification card

Bank statement of corporate account for 3.1 years

Documents CAC

5.Your Most Recent Utility Bill (within the last 3 months).

6.Offer letter duly accepted

7.Invoice for school fees in the name of the student. The total fee should be included on the bill.

8.Proof of a lien on a Treasury bill, a fixed deposit, or any other money market investment. OR

9.Receipt of a satisfactory guarantee (individual or corporate) and

10.Guarantor’s Net Worth Statement

Other documents that the bank may request include an executed NIBBS mandate form, payslips, and a six-month statement, as well as an acceptable party guarantee of personal or corporate nature (guarantor must have a salary or corporate account with Access Bank).


To apply for the term loan facility take the following steps:

1. Fill out the attached forms with accurate information obtained from the bank’s website.
