Oftentimes, we find ourselves in the middle of the road when it comes to financial disputes with customers or friends, particularly when we send money to someone via ATM or ussd code transfer and receive notification that the money has not been received.
All you need to do is check your bank account statement for that specific date to obtain a report of all transactions.

How to check the zenith bank account statement

1.If you already have an account with Zenith bank, go to their internet banking page.
If you haven’t already, download the app from the Google Play or Apple App Store on your mobile device.
2.Enroll in or register for the zenith bank mobile app prior to using it.
3.Access your account by logging in.
4.Click on the account number for which you wish to view your statement. 5.On the overview page, click on “history.”
6.Select email statement and enter the date range for which you’d like to receive your account statement.
7.Enter your email address once more and click the send statement button.
You will receive an email from Zenith Bank containing a pdf file that you can download.
2.Banking via the internet
1.Log in to your Zenith bank account via the internet banking page.
2.Select the type of account you wish to view or print, whether it is a savings account, a current account, or a corporate account (a business account).
3.Click on Account in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
4.Select account summary and then the account for which you want to view the statement. 5.Select the desired date range.
6.Finally, download and print the document.
3. Pay a visit to the branch
As a customer, visit any zenith bank branch in your area, speak with a customer service representative, and request a hard copy of your bank account statement. There will be a fee for printing.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR EASYBANKING USING *966#?
1.Dial *966*00# followed by your AlertZ number.
2.You will be prompted to enter your Debit (ATM) card’s last four digits.
3.The following page will display your Account Name and prompt you to create a four-digit PIN.
4.Verify the four-digit PIN.
5.If the operation is successful, you will receive the message “Retrieving your balance “.
You will receive an SMS with a summary of your account balances.
Anywhere, at any time, you can check your account balance.
Simply dial *966*00# on your mobile phone and follow the on-screen prompts to check the balance of any of your accounts.
You can now make POS payments and cash withdrawals using *966# Eazy Banking.

Simply dial *966*BVN# and enter the number associated with your Zenith Bank account to update your Bank Verification Number (BVN).
Pay Your Bills

Simply dial *966*7*Amount*Customer ID# on your mobile phone and follow the on-screen prompts to pay your DStv and PHCN bills.
To pay additional Zenith Billers, dial *966*6*Biller code*Amount# on your mobile phone and follow the on-screen prompts.

Your Bank Account Should Be Blocked
Simply dial *966*911# from any mobile phone to halt all debit transactions from your account. Enter your AlertZ account number first, followed by your AlertZ mobile phone number. Continue by pressing “1” to immediately disable your account. To have your account unblocked, simply visit any Zenith Bank location.
Recover the card’s PIN

Disable ATM Card
Select option 6 by dialing *966*60#.
Take control of cardless withdrawals
Simply dial *966*60# and select option 7 to create and cancel a cardless withdrawal code.
Utilize USSD on the POS
To use USSD on a point-of-sale transaction, dial *966*000# and enter your point-of-sale reference code.
