3. Enter “1” or “2” to indicate whether you want to use “GTBank” or “Other Bank.”

4. If the “Other Bank” option is selected

then, as “1” or “2,” enter “Terminal” to select “ATM” or “POS.”

5. Enter the “Amount”

6.Enter any four-digit code to establish a “Cash-Out PIN.”

7.Enter the four-digit PIN you previously selected to complete the cardless withdrawal request.

A reference code is immediately given to your mobile phone through SMS, and you can use it to identify the closest ATM for withdrawals.

Option number two

CARDLESS WITHDRAWAL VIA INTERNET BANKING AT GTBANK

1.Use your User ID and Password to log in to internet banking.

2. Select “Account Transfers” from the drop-down menu.

3. Click “Cardless” if you wish to make a withdrawal from a GTBank ATM machine located near you.

5. Complete the given form with your “Names,” “Mobile phone number,” and “Debit account.”

1.Download the GT-World application to your Android phone’s “Playstore,” BlackBerry phone’s “Appworld,” or iPhone’s “Applestore.”

2. Access Mobile Banking by entering your User ID and Password.

3. Slide your finger across the screen of your mobile phone to reveal noteworthy menu items.

4 On the “Banking” module, click the “Cardless withdrawal” option.

5 To withdraw money from a GTBank ATM machine near you, click ” Cash out (GTBank).

4 Enter the “Reference Code” that was sent to your mobile device.

5 Type in ” Amount ” (This must be the same as the selection made when starting a request via Internet Banking, USSD, or Mobile Banking.)

6 To proceed, press the “Enter” key.

7 Gather your Cash

1 Locate any atm operated by Other Banks

2 On the ATM, press the “Enter” button.

3 Select “PayCode” from the drop-down menu.

4 Enter the “PayCode” number that was sent to your cell phone.

5 When initiating the request, enter the pre-selected “Cash-Out PIN Number” from Internet Banking.

6 Enter the “Amount” field. (This must be the same as the selection made when starting a request via Internet Banking, USSD, or Mobile Banking.)
